D-TEAM
A two-year guided process to help Christians mature in their faith, win others to Christ, and become vital in helping other Christians grow spiritually.
WHAT IS D-TEAM?
D-TEAM is an acronym for Discipleship—Truth—Encouragement—Application—Ministry.
This is a two-year guided process to help Christians mature in their faith, win others to Christ, and become vital in helping other Christians grow spiritually.
The first year of D-TEAM is spent completing 20 lessons, one a week, and then meeting together weekly with your team. In these meetings you will discuss the truth covered in the lesson, encourage each other, and probe into how this truth applies to your lives. You will also share ways God is using you and your team to pray for and reach out to those around you.
The second year of D-TEAM is leading a group of 2 to 4 people in this same process. The goal is to provide a vehicle for someone to fulfill the Great Commission — Jesus’ charge to all that follow Him to “make disciples” (Matthew 28:19).
