YOUTH DIRECTOR
Classic City Church is hiring someone to be our new part-time Youth Director.
We are seeking an organized, enthusiastic, and responsible part-time Director of Youth Ministry to lead our team in creating a fun, engaging, and Christ-centered environment where youth can learn about God's love and develop a lifelong relationship with Jesus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Shape the Future: Coordinates and leads the youth through discipleship, group gatherings, and midweek Bible studies for middle and high school students. Selects a captivating curriculum that brings the Bible to life for youth and fosters their spiritual growth.
Empower Your Team: Builds and manages a vibrant youth leader team by recruiting, training, and equipping them to serve, share their faith, and love the youth well.
Build Community: Develops activities for families that are engaging, age appropriate, and support environments and relationships that build the faith of our families.
Peace of Mind for Parents: Develops and implements seamless systems for youth safety, check-in/out, etc. to ensure an encouraging and worry-free experience for families.
Create a Welcoming Space: Cultivates a warm and inviting atmosphere in the youth ministry area, with clean, organized spaces that reflect God's love.
Team Effort: Works together with the church staff to develop cohesion between all ministries and groups to help to execute church-wide events and programs.

Schedule and Availability:
Part-Time: This is a 10-12 hour per week commitment. (Could vary: some weeks may require more or less time.)
Sunday service and youth gathering: The Youth Director needs to be available most Sundays, typically from 10:30 AM - 2 PM.
Weekly Staff Meeting: Participates in weekly Monday staff meetings, typically from 10:00 AM - noon.
Remote Flexibility: Additional mid-week tasks can be completed remotely, with hours varying each week.

Organizational Expertise: Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills to manage various moving parts and ensures a successful Sunday Children’s Ministry and mid-week investment in our church families.
