Pillars of Truth
Five Latin phrases emerged during the Protestant Reformation which
encapsulate the pillars believed to be essential to the Christian
faith. Each begins with the Latin word "sola" which is translated in
English as “only” or “alone." The five Solas emphasize the
unique distinctions of the Christian faith – Scripture, Christ, Grace,
Faith, and God’s Glory. In this five-week series we will look at each
of these foundational truths and the ways they apply to our lives today.
